Should I give up doing things when everything seems too much?

Your children need to be taken to their after-school activities. Your elderly parents need caring for. Your next door neighbour needs help with their broken boiler. Your church has an outreach event this weekend that needs to be catered for. That’s not to mention the weekly Bible study group, the fortnightly church prayer meeting, or the one-to-one meeting you’ve been meaning to get round to.

Sound familiar? Do you ever feel like everyone wants a piece of you? What should you do?

Do you just keep going on and on? Or do you give up something in your life?

In this short video, Matt Fuller, author of Time for Every Thing?, answers the question: should I give up doing things when everything seems too much?
